These terms explain what Vocal Director offers and the basic rules for using it. We've kept them short and readable. By using the service, you agree to the terms below.

No medical diagnosis. Vocal Director offers AI vocal coaching and acoustic guidance for singing practice. It does not provide medical diagnosis and makes no clinical guarantee. Its outputs are educational guidance, not treatment.

User responsibility
You are responsible for the recordings you provide and for using the service in a way that respects your own vocal health. Rest if you feel strain, and consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

No medical diagnosis / no clinical guarantee
Vocal Director is not a medical device. Acoustic metrics are coaching-oriented estimates, not a medical diagnosis, and we make no clinical guarantee of any vocal outcome. Do not use the service as a substitute for professional medical or clinical advice.

AI coaching outputs
Reports, explanations, and recommendations are educational guidance generated by automated analysis. They may contain errors and should be used as practice suggestions, not definitive assessments.

Subscription, trial & payment
Vocal Director currently presents a public MVP and demo experience. If paid plans, free trials, or in-app purchases are enabled, the price, billing cycle, trial length, renewal terms, and cancellation path will be shown clearly before any charge.

Refund policy
Refund terms will be provided before paid plans are launched and will follow the applicable app store, payment provider, and consumer protection rules for the user's region.

Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to use, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse it in ways that harm others.

Intellectual property
Vocal Director and its content remain the property of their owners. You keep rights to your own recordings; you grant us permission to process them to provide the service.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vocal Director is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

Third-party services and sample audio
Vocal Director may rely on hosting, AI model providers, voice analysis servers, payment providers, and app stores to operate the service. The sound example feature may include selected samples from VocalSet: A Singing Voice Dataset, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. The app may also use open-source or third-party technologies such as React, Meyda, FastAPI, Uvicorn, NumPy, SciPy, librosa, Whisper, Silero VAD, and ffmpeg-related tooling, each subject to its own license.
